Cold-pressed using a traditional wooden kolhu, our Chulli oil is an expression of mountain ingenuity and a more deliberate approach to extraction. The slow mechanical pressing process draws oil from the kernels without chemical solvents, honouring a method in which patience and an understanding of natural materials take precedence over industrial expediency.
